OFFICIAL TERMS OF SERVICE AS OF 1/6/2024
By commissioning / buying something from me, you're automatically agreeing to these rules.

General Rules:

  • I retain all rights to any and all of my artwork.

  • In case of scamming, rude behavior, etc., I have the right to blacklist you from any future commission, adoptable, etc.

  • PLEASE don't guilt-trip me into making something for you!!

  • Breaking any of these rules will result in a strike, further strikes will get you blacklisted.


Art-Specific Rules:

  • Please never use my art for any unintended purposes whatsoever! ( May it be commercial or non-commercial.)

  • Please don't use my art without permission in a YouTube video or similar. - Do not use my art for any sort of bases.

  • Do not remove my watermark from any of my artworks.- Do not edit my art in any way.

  • If you upload my art, make sure to credit me.


Commission Rules:

  • Payment always upfront to prevent scamming.

  • Please do not rush me. You're very much free to ask for updates at any point, however!

  • Refunds may be made if I haven't started on your commission yet.

  • Turnaround time is usually up to two weeks. (if you need something done timely, let me know and we can work something out)

  • I will start your commission as soon as I've received payment.

  • Accepted payment methods include; USD (Preferred through PayPal).

  • I have the right to decline a commission request if I am uncomfortable with or unable to draw what you'd like.


Adoptable / Designs:

  • Please pay within a reasonable time of claiming the adoptable. If the design has not been paid for 2 days after the initial claim, the adoptable will go back up for sale.

  • Only offer / bid / etc. on an adoptable if you have the money / things you're offering! Placing false bids will result in a strike.

  • You're free to make changes to a design you've acquired, as long as it's still similar to the original design.

  • You may resell an adopt for the same price or lower than you've acquired. ( you may add onto the price if you have commissioned artwork of said design. )

  • PLEASE do not try to sell a design you got in a trade or for free from me. If I notice this happening on purpose, you'll be blacklisted.

  • If you make larger edits to a design, I'd like you to show me!

  • When uploading a design, make sure to credit the artist!

  • If you break any rules above, I have the right to revoke the design in question, a refund may be given under circumstances.


Custom Designs:

  • You may resell a custom design for the price you paid AS LONG as you purchased it. (Meaning customs you've acquired from me in a trade may NOT be sold. )

  • Please be as specific you can be with a custom design. This'll not only turn the result more pleasing result for you, but also doesn't make it a guessing game for me.

  • All Adoptable / Design rules also apply to this section.

  • May add more as I go but this'll do for now.

  • The blacklist will NEVER be made publicly, but may be shown upon request.

What programs do you use?

I used to use Paint Tool Sai when I used my drawing tablet, but now I have moved on to drawing on an iPad using MediBang. 

How long have you've been drawing for?

I've been drawing my whole life! And I've started drawing digitally in 2016.

What inspires you to keep drawing?

Everything inspires me when it comes to people and their creative ideas to unique art styles. It makes me want to do the same! And some of my family are artists as well.

How long do you spend doing art?

It all depends on the art piece itself! I can take around 1-3 hours finishing a full body drawing, as an example. But sometimes it can take longer depending on the drawing topic.

Can I use your art?

It really depends on what you are using it for. Here is a list:

  • Nonprofit School project = Yes
     
  • Print out for personal use = Yes
     
  • Use on forums/sites = Ask me. I don't want people to use commissioned work or my characters, but some art I am more open about
     
  • Use on shirts/tattoos = No please do not do this unless its something you can make yourself. Do not pay people money to make my art on your stuff for you.
     
  • Sell = No
     
  • Trace = Only if you do not upload it anywhere, and keep it to yourself.
     
  • Reference = Sure! but please ask first/give credit/link back to original.
